Research Interests

Biogeochemistry and biotransformation of trace metals, anaerobic biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbons, and molecular fingerprinting of microbial communities involved in contaminants’ transformation in water, sediments, tailings and soil system.

Dr Siddique is a participant in the Land Reclamation International Graduate School (LRIGS) program sponsored by NSERC CREATE.
